Not at all. Sessions are designed for both beginners and experienced clients. No background is required — just an open mind and willingness to receive.

What is “emotional static”?

I use this phrase to describe the heavy, stagnant energy that builds up from stress, trauma, or even other people. Just like your physical body needs a shower, your energy body also benefits from regular cleansing.

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes. Distant healing sessions are available via Zoom or phone and are just as effective as in-person sessions.

How many sessions do I need?

Everyone is unique. Some clients feel a shift after just one session, while others benefit from packages of 3–5 sessions for deeper transformation.

Do you work with veterans and trauma survivors?

Yes. As a retired Air Force veteran myself, I have a deep understanding of the challenges many veterans face. My trauma-informed approach supports PTSD recovery, stress reduction, and overall resilience.
